the main objective of this project was to achieve a comfortable and entertaining space that influences the user’s perception of place and lets your mind wander into another dimension of time and place. another important task to be accomplished in this project was to reduce construction costs as much as possible.

we have tried to drive a sense of nostalgia and also expand qualities of space through implying elements and concepts of Persian Gardens, accompanying a modern approach. the built area has been reduced to the least functional amounts and vast research was conducted to detect and develop the local construction technologies to reduce the costs.
